Great way to get away from open tx and still run crossfire or elrs

Man I love that spektrum has added an external port for crossfire. I love spektrum, been flying their equipment for 10 plus years. But spektrum 2.4g just doesn't cut it for medium to long range fpv flight. That's where crossfire shines. I can't tell you how happy I am to use one transmitter for EVERYTHING. Thank you spektrum

It is awesome that i can just plug my crossfire lite, attach it to the back of my ix20 with a 3d printed holder that bolts on to the tx, and just a couple of options selected in the ix20 and its a full funstional crossfire setup.

Q: What is the thread size on the back of the transmitter for those mounting screws (NX8 specifically)?

Q: Does this work for connecting the NX series radios to crossfire? And does the NX8 support power from the radio to the crossfire module?

A: Yes this cable is the correct item for NX to Crossfire connection.
The NX6 and NX8 do not have powered serial ports, external power is required for Crossfire.
The NX10 serial port is powered.
